I started by running through this tutorial but with my own spin (the monsters were created for a web project I’ve been working on. More on that in a later post):

As you can see, I’ve redesigned the Pixolomew site! Enough said :)

One of the new features is the ability to add custom backgrounds to your home screen. However, I wasn’t content with the stock that came with it…

So I hunted down some good vectors and photoshop brushes and set about making a couple of my own:

Download Zip file containing hi-res versions – these should work fine on an iPhone 4 but I don’t have one available for testing. If you try them out I’d love to know how they look. Cheers!
