Ok, so here’s the scenario: one rainy Saturday afternoon, my super imaginative girlfriend decided to create a board game. It turned out to be an intricately detailed affair with forfeits, gold coins and a set of rules that had me baffled to say the least.
However, upon attempting to play the game we discovered we were missing one of the most important aspects of any board game – dice. “No problem!” I thought to myself, I’ll make a dice rolling application with Flash. Sorted!

And for anyone who wants to know how I did it, you can download the source file (you’ll need flash 8 or above to open it).
I’m pretty sure there’s a more efficient way of scripting this but I was under pressure to get it done quickly so it’s very basic. If anyone knows a better way to do this leave me a comment with your thoughts.
